Limited production
We feel responsible for everything we put out into the world. To make sure we keep our impact as low as possible we only make 25 bags a week.
Materials
Our hardwearing, weatherproof, GOTS certified organic dry-waxed cotton uses 88% less water and 62% less energy than conventional cotton. It also uses zero toxic chemicals in its production.
This bag is almost plastic-free (we use a recycled polyester thread)
Offsetting
BearReMade
Our bags are made to last a lifetime, but we get that not everyone wants to keep something that long.
To avoid your bag ending up in the back of the closet, or worse, the bin, we will take your bag back in exchange for BearMade credit (10% of the bags original value).
We will then recycle the parts from that bag and make it into something new.

from 372 reviewsVery happy with this bag !
Very high quality manufacture, fast delivery.
It looks like it will last for years !
We are big Wildish fans and love the enamel range- it looks beautiful and is wonderfully practical!
I’ve been looking for a quality, hard wearing yet stylish and timeless bucket bag and found it! The Beck is very comfortable to wear across my body, even when loaded with my shopping. I use it in town or walking through fields to my local shops. I love it so much I’ll be buying the yellow version too. Well done Wildish for a fab bag.
We love our gouthwaite backpacks! We have backpacked a lot in Alaska in Hawaii and are really impressed with the quality stitching and material use in these backpacks. We plan on using them in Portugal this spring, and look forward to taking them on the trip.
Bought the smaller one as a gift and the other for myself. Both of us really pleased with our backpacks
I've owned far too many bags and packs over the years and very rarely write reviews, but the Jorvik backpack absolutely deserves one. I’ve had mine for a couple of months and used it for commuting, weekend trips and a bit of light hiking. It’s a quality item: well designed, made with great pride, and built from exceptional materials. The canvas is wonderfully rugged, is definitely waterproof, and looks fantastic in the black I bought. The straps are very comfortable even with a heavy load and the pack is a great size, with enough room for a winter long weekend if you travel light. Despite its size the pack keeps a low profile, which I really like as it looks great. The buckle lives up to the hype, working brilliantly even wearing gloves, and the internal and external pockets are cleverly located and well sized. The back padding is very comfortable, forms nicely to your back, and breathes better than synthetic alternatives.
I spent literally months deciding whether to buy this backpack and I‘m so pleased I finally did. It’s now a faithful companion and its quality means it will undoubtedly remain a so for many years to come. Worth every penny.
I purchased this specific bag because I liked the look of the versatility. There’s a pleasing simplicity to its conception.
It is quite small, but for a grab and go bag it’s very user friendly and has a nice finish to the material. Enjoying it very much so far! Well done Wildish!
The spray was great, but the best thing was the little handwritten note 😊
Put simply I love my bag. One month in, I’ve used it for commuting, all day hikes, small shops and generally looking fancy.
It’s sturdy but flexible, the bag material is fab and I *love* the climbing clip.
I am also a big fan of the care and attention that has gone into sustainability ethos. I am really very happy with my bag and if you are dithering just go for it. You won’t regret it, I wish I’d got mine sooner!
Really well-designed backpack. Looks awesome, love the funtionality of the rolltop and clasp and keeps the rain out. Only change I would make would be to brighten up the interior a little more. The design (rolltop) and being black means limited light gets into the bag making it tricky to find things. Keep up the great work!
I bought this as when wading, or even bank fishing all day, I wanted something to support my lower back to save it from aching. Having seen the quality of the bags etc that Oscar & Nell sell already, I didn't hesitate buying the belt. It is so well made with quality materials, the clasp is like nothing you can buy elsewhere, and I just know it will last. The design is well thought out, as I knew it would be, with a net holder etc. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for a quality wading belt, the fact it can be used to hold the net and has D rings for other things to be attached is an added bonus.
A beautiful bag. Really top quality and stylishly personally embroidered with my wife’s name. Smashed it.
Great quality, great service.
Excellent product. I’ve also purchased the mug and bowl and I use them everyday. Highly recommended product from an eco friendly company.
Excellent made product which I use as my daily toiletry bag. I love this company’s eco friendly principles and highly recommend their products.

faq's
Do you really only make 25 bags a week?
We sure do! 25 bags is our maximum capacity and we have no interest in making more than that. It means we can take great care over every detail.
To put that in perspective Rolls Royce make over 60 cars per week...
Are your bags waterproof?
Our bags are not totally waterproof, very few are. But they are pretty damn close. We spent an hour throwing them around in a waterfall and water only got in when we forgot to roll the top down....
Can I customise this bag?
Sometimes we can, sometimes we can't. It depends on the product. If you want to know more, send us an email and let us know what product you would like to personalise, along with what sort of personalisation you would like.
